About-Department

It is said that Physics is the core subject of basic science and it has its roots in curiosity.

Hence Physics department was started right from the inception of the college.The college introduces Physics department in 1991 with undergraduate program of B.Sc. with different combination of optional subjects. The department was established with a single faculty on non-grant basis. Afterword the more faculties were appointed and in 2002 it gets 100% grant. At present there were two associate professor and one assistant professor in the department. The institute entitled with UGC 12(f) and 12(b) status and received various grants. Aurangabad has been recognized as the fastest growing industrial city in Asia.

Also, the present age is of industrial automation, electronic consumer goods and hardware based control system. A tremendous job potential existed in this specialized field is in response. Job oriented course Electronics remains attached to physics right from the beginning.
